We had such an amazing experience! This was our 4 year old daughters 1st dentist visit and she left telling us how much... she loved the dentist! The staff is so friendly and patient. They let my husband and I both back with her during her appointment. Claudia was so informative and gentle with her. Dr. Lynn was wonderful and so great with her as well. They took her photo on a cute photo wall backdrop. Gave her a balloon and a coin for the toy vending machine. They really added so many great touches to make it exciting for them. We are so happy with our visit and our new dental membership!read more

Great Experience! From the front desk to the back everyone was extremely friendly. Dr. Lynn was Phenomenal and so was... his nurse. He fixed my 3 week old tongue and lip tie. I will recommend them to everyone!!UPDATE: It’s a year later and my daughter had an accident we called SmileLYNN and they got us in fairly quick! The front desk, Dental assistant in the back to the doctor is always a great experience. Office is so clean. I drive 1hr 30min ONE WAY for my daughter to see Dr. Lynn. Today was my daughter’s first visit at the office. Before we were fully inside we were immediately greeted by the... friendly staff. The wait was less than 5 mins, and we were give a tour before her cleaning. I loved that they have tvs in ceiling and the overall environment of the office. The dental assistant was super friendly ,educational and patient through out the entire visit. Dr.Lynn was amazing, very educational and professional.I also loved that they give a report for the visit. I’m very pleased that I switched to this office and we will be returning.read more

Dr. Lynn and Maria were amazing! This was my daughter’s first ever dental appointment as she is just 18 months old, and... they treated her like a little princess! Maria was our hygienist, and she started us out with a tour, went over dental care with us, played with our daughter while the doctor spoke with us, and just made us feel like we were apart of her family! I never take time to leave reviews (crazy busy mom life) but Dr. Lynn deserves it. Took my son, Jack in for a... consultation after some possible tongue tie issues. The fact that Dr. Lynn provides free consults and spends so much time with you left me feeling so comfortable right off the bat. I could tell he was genuine, and wanted what was best for my little guy. In today’s world so many medical professionals focus on financial gain, but it is so clear that Dr. Lynn loves what he does and cares. He did not want to jump to fixing the tie because he thought it could be something that could get better as my son gained more muscle strength. After no improvement, we went back to have the procedure done. Dr. Lynn was so thorough in explaining everything. He quickly preformed the procedure and then spent as much time as we needed with us afterwards. I wish he was a pediatrician, so we could see him more often. We will always recommend Dr. Lynn!read more

All I can say is WOW. This practice is by far the most personable, kind, punctual and caring medical practice that I... have ever experienced. We saw Dr. Lynn for a consultation for my 5mon olds tongue/lip tie and ended up having the revision done the same day. Dr. Lynn is incredibly nice and very knowledgable. He explained everything in detail and took his time to answer all my questions. Our whole experience with this practice has been phenomenal. My daughter is doing so much better since being in Dr. Lynn’s care. He and his staff truly go above and beyond for their patients, which is so rare these days. I just tried to schedule an appointment for my 3 kids (one of them just turned one). I was told that I had to pay $50... for each kid. I have insurance and have never had any out of pocket expenses for them yet because so far they have only needed cleanings. I double checked with the guy and asked will I have to pay $50 for my 1 year old as well and stated yes. Never in my life would I think that I would need to pay $50 for a 1 year old to have her teeth checked for the 1st time. This seems very shady. Will not recommend to anyone. My kids have seen my dentist and we have never had any issues. I was just trying to get them in my a more kid friendly office but I will just have them stay with my dentist.read more

My children have only been to Dr. Lynn and they are 3 and 4 years old. I am now a small business owner and Dr. Lynn is... out of network for us yet I still pay the higher cost to bring my children here. That is just how great of a dentist he is.A quick story: we had a situation recently where it was like everything that could go wrong went wrong. I was running late, the system to pay wasn't working for me because I wasn't getting service to pull up the app to pay, the kids got antsy and started getting rowdy, and I was unable to have them make their appointment because of the payment issue. It literally was a nightmare. I admittedly got upset but the young lady at the front desk maintained her professionalism despite how upset I was. Then to top matters off Dr. Lynn called me personally to discuss how the visit went because I walked away feeling undervalued as a customer.However, after our conversation we were both able to determine what went wrong and come up with a solution for future visits.That is the level of impeccable customer service Smilelynn provides. I highly recommend them for your pediatric dental needs and services.read more

If you’re looking for a pediatric dental office, this is definitely the place for you. The staff from the medical... administrators to the dentist himself are all so caring and attentive to your little ones needs. Many offices will rush a cleaning because of a toddler’s attention span, but not here. My son was able to choose what show he wanted to watch, select his flavor of toothpaste and even offered to touch the tools being used. He felt included in the cleaning which made the entire process seamless. Being cavity free is highly celebrated and always our favorite part of the visit. We can’t wait to come back.read more

My son has been seeing Dr. Lynn for a while now and I love Dr. Lynn. He is a great dentist. What I am upset about is... that every time time I have an appointment my bills is more than$150 per visit. It wasn't until today that my son had an appointment and they stated that it will be over $100 for a basic cleaning. So I finally said. That's not right. There is no way. My son cleanings are covered by his insurance 100%. The woman behind the desk then says that they no longer take my insurance. Now I never knew this. Dr. Lynn office never text, called, emailed me or even sent a letter in the mail stating they no longer take my insurance. She stated since January. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of poor communication. You all have been taking my money and nobody has mention anything about being out of network until today.read more

I felt an immediate difference in my baby’s latch after the correction. I will never use another pediatric dentist. We fell upon SmileLynn by accident for my youngest child’s tongue tie... procedure and fell in love!The entire staff is welcoming and so knowledgeable. My Son Noah has been seeing Dr. Lynn since his very first birthday. He turns 4 next weekend! Today he had an... appointment, and his 10 month old sister was there to watch. I asked the front desk about scheduling an appointment for her in the near future, and without hesitation, they were able to fit her in same day, right after her brother! The dental staff was so gentle with Aria, and amazing as usual with Noah. Aria was given a balloon and her brother was given a gold coin for the prize chest. We had a lactation consultant let us know over the weekend that our son may have a tongue and lip tie and we called... SmileLYNN Monday morning. We got an appointment for that Thursday. Dr Lynn evaluated our son with images and a physical exam and explained all of the steps thoroughly. No pressure to move forward with the procedure but we opted to as he recommended it would be the best option for him to resolve ongoing feeding issues and would avoid future problems. We brought our 4 month old for a tongue/lip tie second opinion/procedure. Dr. Lynn was patient and kind while we asked... all our first time parent anxiety questions. The procedure itself was quick, and the aftercare was modeled effectively and clearly for us! My baby gained a whole pound that first week after her revision, and immediately had more movement in her tongue. It’s been about 2 months since her procedure now and she’s doing excellent!! We love Dr. Lynn so far. My daughter has a fear of dental work, and the whole staff has been really lovely and... accommodating since the beginning. They are very welcoming... from the moment you come in, answer all your questions or concerns, do their very best to care for your children and make sure they are comfortable for any procedure needed to be done. My children love their dentist, always asking me when can they go see their funny dentist 😂. Dr Lynn is Top of the Line! Smoothly extracting a tooth that was jammed up in the gums from one of my children accidentally falling, to the other one needing some extensive work done, 3 teeth pulled, 2 crowns and a lot of cleaning. As soon as we arrived we were given a very warm welcome. The receptionist answered all my questions and was very... polite. The assistants in were great with all 3 of my kids. They made sure to make them feel comfortable and explained everything that was going to be done to make sure they were not afraid of what was coming. I took my son to Dr. Lynn for tongue and lip tie evaluation. From the initial phone call to schedule the consultation... to the care the day of and follow up, the entire office operated in such a kind, professional manner. I was able to do most of the patient paperwork online that was sent via text to minimize time spent in the waiting room. Upon arrival, the office was clean and front desk staff was inviting. The equipment in the room was state of the art and there was a TV on the ceiling to keep my son's attention. My husband and myself were able to be present for the appt and were given ample time to discuss questions we had with Dr. Lynn. To the clinical staff in back that made me at such ease. So happy to find doctor Lynn! He is very attentive, informative, great with kids, and definitely knowledgeable about... his trade. His office has quickly set up an emergency, same-day appointment for my child, while all other offices could not accommodate our request. Wonderful and caring staff in the office makes kids feel at ease. Super talented oral hygienists who can make the teeth as white as snow - virtually painless. Dr. Lynn and his staff were absolutely amazing when we brought our son in for the lip and tongue tie consultation. He... did the procedure right then and there and we noticed a difference immediately with nursing.
